The story
Lynch Estate Agency was crowned silver award winner at the 2007 Estate Agency of the Year Awards, something they have aspired to do since launching their first branch over 16 years ago. The company was also planning some exciting expansion plans and needed to market themselves in the exclusive area of Ripley.
The solution
We started by thoroughly researching the local market and then tweaking their brand and marketing collateral to better appeal to a higher end housing market. We then conceptualised a marketing strategy to effectively launch their new office in Ripley with PR, direct mail and advertising. The result is an agent who is now visually dominating the area of Ripley and surrounds and who is flying high in what many claim to be a truly challenging housing market. We now assist Lynch with their marketing on a monthly basis.
