Turning up the heat on Kenwood’s stylish new Virtu toaster.

The story
Approached by the breakfast marketing team at Kenwood, we were tasked with building a Flash based microsite to showcase Kenwood’s latest addition. The microsite had to follow the same brand principles that had already been created with the toaster’s packaging. The microsite was promoted in a nationwide marketing and PR campaign which resulted in high volumes of traffic to the site. The site needed to emphasise exactly how the toaster offers more functionality than most others on the market today

The solution
Working alongside our specialist partners we created a Flash microsite that has supported high volumes of both consumer and trade sales. We started the project by planning the site requirements and then recommending functionality and usability, then got to work. We integrated a movie and created a number of icons to carry the brand online. The product is flying off the shelves in a retail outlet near you!
